Fjalar frá Bjargsholi
Winterhorse Park is also breeding Icelandic Horses. We are very proud of our stallion Fjalar frá Bjargsholi.
Fjalar is a beautiful horse, well over 14 hands tall with phenomenal conformation, an extremely full mane and tail and very friendly eyes. Fjalar is a perfect gentleman, he is easy to handle, he has an impeccable temperament. He is a confident and personable horse and a lot of fun to ride.
Fjalar is five-gaited with very clear gaits and a natural tolt. You can see his offspring on the farm that are a from one to four years old 2007. We recently started training the four year olds. They show natural tolt in the field, have good overall form and excellent temperaments.
Our goal to breed good looking, natural tolting horses with phenomenal temperaments should not be a problem to achieve with Fjalar’s offspring. The stud fee is $1,000 plus mare care including a live foal guarantee.
